The Solé ("solay" or "Soul" if you prefer) Solution is a wonderful balancing and alkalizing tonic. To make the Solé Solution, add approximately 2 tablespoons, or 2-3 large crystals, of Himalayan Crystal Salt to a litre of distilled or filtered water. Allow the salt to dissolve overnight. You now have your Solé Solution. First thing every morning, add 1 or 2 teaspoons of the Solé Solution into a glass of water. Drink this with the intention of this cleansing and balancing you internally.

You may repeat the drinking of the Solé Solution mid-morning. It is most effective if you establish a daily rhythym and incorporate the drinking of the Solé Solition into your morning ritual.
